Ladies Ministry

                    

The Ladies Ministry is open to all women. We have a wonderful group of ladies here at TLCC .                          It is tremendously gratifying to me to see the ladies at our church mature spiritually in Christ .                          Helping others grow spiritually by encouraging them to listen for God’s voice.                            Reminding all that God will help them through mistakes and lead them to a good life.                            Soon they will be making Spirit-led, rather than people-led, decisions.                            Everything in your life doesn’t have to be serious in order to be spiritual.                            If you’re filled with God’s Spirit, whatever you do has a spiritual act to it.                           God measures holiness by how quick we are to obey His voice.                           He promises that goodness and mercy will fill us if we seek His presence                           (See Psalm 23:6 Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,                           and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever).                           He may even encourage you just to have fun today and we all like to have fun.                           It is part of our ministry to also educate you with the word of the Lord.                          We put out a yearly schedule that sometimes changes, but most of the time it will stay the same.                          We have events like the following: ladies breakfast, bible studies,                           Ladies activities, family activities, shopping trips,                           we made Christmas stocking and filled them with goodies the last two years                           and took them to Mexico and to the Nursing Home in Baytown.…….. It goes on and on.                           We have a variety of activities we do. We have lots of fun.                           We also have a time of seriousness.
